Create Happy Moments was founded around a practical observation: families often have beautiful costumes their children have outgrown, while those same costumes can open a world of imaginative play for another child.
By collecting and sharing them with children in the Dominican Republic, the organization creates something meaningful on both sides—a reason to give, a reason to celebrate, and a chance to see generosity as cultural exchange.
